Derick has been a Realtor since 2019. Primarily focused on residential real estate and investment properties, Derick has a keen eye for value and is particularly driven by his clients needs. Derick is known for going above and beyond for his clients and has a knack for building relationships.

Derick and his wife Katie are both Iowan’s and have been together in Iowa City since 2009. They have 2 beautiful kids, who are involved in numerous activities in the Iowa City community. Derick graduated from the University of Iowa in 2013 and is proud to be a Hawkeye!

When Derick isn’t focussed on Real Estate, he enjoys golfing, exercising, coaching and watching his favorite teams play…Hawkeyes especially.
