Brook has been a small business owner since 1994 and has nearly 30 years of experience in marketing, sales, and business operations. Since becoming a licensed REALTOR® in 2020, he has earned the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation. Brook takes an honest and forthright approach with his clients. His attention to detail and strong organizational skills are what really set him apart. Prior to 2020, he enjoyed a long career as an owner of Bravo Sports Marketing, Inc. Brook has lived in The Corridor since 1992 having resided in both Iowa City and Cedar Rapids. He and his wife of 25 years, Kim, now live on an acreage in Swisher which allows him to easily serve both markets. They have two girls and a boy all of whom live in the area. Born in Des Moines, Brook has a business degree with a marketing major from Drake University and a master’s degree from the University of Iowa. Brook was an assistant varsity football coach at Cedar Rapids Prairie High School for 8 seasons. In his leisure time, he enjoys golf and watching sports of all kinds.
