As the Transaction Coordinator for The Monica Hayes Team, I’m dedicated to making every real estate transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for organization, I manage all the behind-the-scenes steps — from contract to close — ensuring that every deadline is met and every document is handled with care.
I take pride in keeping communication clear and consistent between clients, agents, lenders, and title companies so that each closing feels seamless. My goal is to make sure our clients enjoy the journey and feel confident every step of the way.
When I’m not coordinating closings, you’ll most likely find me relaxing at our river home, spending time with my wonderful family. I’m a proud mom of three amazing kids and an even prouder grandma to three beautiful grandkids. Family and home are truly at the heart of everything I do — and that’s what inspires me to help others find theirs.
